Can I sue an apartment complex in Texas if my car gets stolen because they have no security?Neighbor witnessed a white wrecker towing it off around...

Landlords have no duty to provide you with anything other
than what is included in your rental/lease agreement/contract. This is not an actionable
civil suit. So, no you can not "sue" your landlord because they did not maintain a
security guard or security camera's for video
surveillance.

Nowadays, many apartment owners do maintain
some form of security, but realize they are not compelled to do so unless they are under
city ordinance.

Did your witness get the tag number? If
not, your assessment about your car being hundreds of miles away may be correct. Unless
you identify the wrecker service not a lot can be done.  Good
Luck.
